About Us

Welcome to Baby’s Sweet Beginnings Maternity and Breastfeeding Boutique! We are WNY’s leading Maternity & Breastfeeding Center. Baby's Sweet Beginnings is the only privately owned Lactation Center in WNY owned and operated by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. We are also the only center that provides a 24/7 help line, answered every time by an IBCLC! My name is Polly Thoman and I am the owner of BSB. I was born and raised in WNY and always dreamed of owning a business that not only provides excellent care but is also a total parenting support service. Entering into parenthood will be an exciting time in your life and we are here to help you transition smoothly into that new and sometimes challenging role.

BSB was created to be family friendly, comfortable and welcoming to all new parents and families. You can shop in a relaxed environment, feel free to ask all the questions you may have and make informed choices with the guidance of our handpicked, certified staff. We offer specialty brands that you will find no where else in WNY, low pricing, sibling play area, Certified Instructors and convenient hours.

We work closely with area pediatrician, ob/gyn offices and local hospitals to make sure that you have continuous, consistent and professional follow ups for any clinical needs that you may have. We are available whenever you need us! Consult appointments are available within two hours of your call and one low price covers all of your follow-up needs.
